Stock-in Returned Products
1. Go EasyBoss, Click Orders > Order Processing
2.In order processing page, Click “After Sales” > Find the Returned Order > Click Return to Stock
3.In the pop-up, enter related shipping information of returned products
Note:
(1) Canceled order, the tracking No. of shipping label will be displayed by default.
(2) Returned or Refund order, not display, but require to enter buyer’s Tracking No. Of returned products when buyers returned products.
(3)Click 【Get Tracking No.】, when there is no shipping information, it will auto fill in tracking No. of shipping label.
4. Check order information, returned qty, receiving warehouse, shelf cell, etc.
5.After all information checked, Click 【Submit】 will auto generate "return to stock" records; Click 【Submit and Stock-in】, will auto return products to stock and generate records.
