I. Introduction

1. For the situation of replacement or giving gifts in the actual operation of the store, you can use the manual order to enter the order information and shipping warehouse.

2. To create a manual order, you need to create a warehouse in EasyBoss first and add products.

II. Tutorial Details

1. Stores Authorization

Click Manual Order store. The different types of manual orders can be distinguished by adding different authorized store.

(1) Enter EasyBoss > Click System > Stores Authorization > Manual Order > Add Store

(2) Enter the custom store name > Click Confirm

(3) If necessary, you can set the store sorting. The smaller the number, the higher the location of the store.

2. Create Manual Order

(1) Click Orders > Manual Order

(2) Enter the information

① Order Information: The store, ordered time, payment method, shipping method, etc.

② Buyer Information: The receiver name, phone number, buyer message, etc.

③ Warehouse Information: The shipping warehouse and shipping info.

④ SKU Information: Support scanning/ entering the merchant SKU and selecting the product directly. You need to set the currency, product quantity and unit price.

⑤ Package Information: Enter the package info, shipping fee, voucher, etc.

(3) Reference order

For replacement or giving gifts, you can click Reference Order and select the corresponding order in the pop-up window. Then the buyer's information will be automatically synchronized.

(4) Import manual order

Support importing the manual order. Click Import Manual Order. You can download an Excel template. Enter the information in the template, and import to EasyBoss.

(5) After the manual information is entered, click Save. You can select Auto Moved to [Shipped] after Saved.
