1. How to Authorize Kerry E-Commerce overseas warehouse

Login EasyBoss, click Warehouse >warehouse

If you have not registered the account of Kerry E-Commerce yet, find its commercial agent first to solve this issue and then come back and click Register to enter the system.

 

Note: if the website cannot be opened after clicking on the register button, make sure your device connects to VPN first.

When the registration is completed, click Use this service and enter the user name and password in the pop-up window.

 

Continue to set a custom name>select the warehouses in the pop-up window, and then click confirm

 

you can check the authorized warehouses in Authorized Warehouse .  Editing and canceling the authorization is also available here.

 

 How to check the product list of Kerry E-commerce

1Currently, EasyBoss supports automatic push of product from product management to Kerry E-commerce warehouse. You can click Product Management>Push Product.

 

ps: If the products have not been uploaded yet, click the link to view Product Management- Create Product Process

Filter the products that have not been pushed>tick the products you intended> click Push to Third Party Warehouse

 

 

Kindly note that the successful push of Kerry e-commerce products requires compliance with the push rules.

 

After the push is completed, you can view the progress of product push in the corresponding status, and push the failed product again if it is necessary.

 

 

Now let’s click Warehouse>inventory to check the product list.

Select Kerry E-commerce, this page allows you to view all products in KEC warehouse including their status, total stock, available stock, mapping merchant SKU, etc.

 

In order to be able to ship from KEC,  you need to map platform SKU with merchant SKU and third-party warehouse SKU. To view the relationship between the three, you can go to: distinguishing platform SKU, product SKU, and third-party SKU

 

 

After you map third-party product SKU with merchant SKU, continue to map merchant SKU with the platform SKU. (see below) Third-party warehouse shipment is available only when all the mapping is completed. 3 How to ship products from KEC

Scenario 1: When the system detect that the platform SKU has already  matched with the merchant SKU, and the third-party warehouse SKU also matched with the merchant SKU

The order is on the to be handled page and has mapped with warehouse products.

Click the pen button here to modify the warehouse to a third-party warehouse that you meet your needs

 

 

When the modification is successfully completed, a line of third-party SKU will appear below the Merchant SKU as below. After you confirm all the information is correct, click Arrange to ship you goods. At the same time, the third-party warehouse will receive the order information and arrange for shipment.

 

The order status will be changed to to be printed. You can notify the platform that your order is shipped by clicking on ship. Now the order status is changed to To be collected. After the third-party warehouse finish processing the package and the package is scanned by the official logistics also, the order status will be changed to Shipped.

 

 

Scenario 2: When the platform SKU is not mapped with the merchant SKU while the merchant SKU is mapped to a third-party SKU; Click here to view: third-party product mapping process

Now the order is on unpaired page. Click on the pen here to manually select warehouse product.

 

 

Now you can select the products you required from the warehouse.

After you finish selecting the product, the order will be moved back to to be arranged, and you can repeat the process mentioned above to handle your order.

 

If you wanna check the order status, click sync order>sync third-party warehouse orders

 

Third-party warehouse supports cancellation of orders. Click the Withdraw icon, your order will be automatically intercepted by the system.
