I. Introduction

1. If you have used other ERP systems before, you can move the product information, mapping relationship and inventory list from previous-used ERP to EasyBoss with one click.

II. Tutorial Details

1. Enter EasyBoss > Warehouse > Merchant Moving

2. According to your needs, select the ERP you want to move.

Note: Before moving, please ensure that the image space capacity of EasyBoss is greater than 100M. Otherwise, the image may fail to be imported. If the space is insufficient, you can clean up the image space, or upgrade the capacity.

3. Import Merchant Information

Log in the previous-used ERP > Inventory > Merchant SKU > Click Import/ Export to export the merchant SKU > Back to EasyBoss > Click Select/ Drag File. Import the exported merchant SKU file into EasyBoss.

Note: You can import up to 3,000 data at a time. Only support importing single product SKU. Only support importing newly added items, not support importing updated data.

4. Import Mapping Relationship

Log in the previous-used ERP > Inventory > Merchant SKU > Click Import/ Export to export the mapping relationship

Back to EasyBoss > Click Select/ Drag File. Import the exported merchant SKU mapping file into EasyBoss.

Note: You can import up to 3,000 data at a time.

5. Import Merchant Stock

Log in the previous-used ERP > Inventory > Inventory List > Click Import/ Export to export the merchant stock

Back to EasyBoss > Click Select/ Drag File. Import the exported merchant stock file into EasyBoss.

Note: You can import up to 3,000 data at a time. Support only importing 【Single Product】stock. Only support importing newly added items, not support importing updated data.
