Why Can't I See the Orders that Display "Shipped" on Platform in EasyBoss?

Q: View Order - Platform has shipped orders. How can I not see in Easyboss?

A: Due to the large amount of order data, Easyboss supports syncing orders within 30 days to ERP after the user completes the store authorization. So not all the historical orders that have been shipped can be synchronized to Easyboss.
